Late Nights with Nescafe'

Here it is, 4:15am and I still did not sleep. I fear that if I lay down, I will never get back up and then those two little darlings of mine will have to stay home. I love them dearly but sometimes I just can not keep up with them. I have so much to do in just a few hours so I think I will just stay awake and do absolutely nothing. I may make myself a cup of Nescafe' (what they refer to over here as "American Coffee") imagine my surprise the first time someone offered me "American Coffee" over here in Lebanon. I mean, I really like the Arabic style coffee..which reminds me, I think I better have that instead of the Nescafe', more energy in that little bitty cup. But the Arabic coffee was all I saw and I was so dying to have a cup of regular. So I got all excited at the sound of normal coffee and WHAM! I was like, "Umm what is this?" Oh it's Nescafe'. I had to laugh, but to myself of course, I did not want to offend anyone. I was so happy to find a Starbucks and later I found a store that sold regular coffee and filters. Sometimes you can not find the two in the same place and if you run out of filters, well sometimes you gotta wait until someone stocks them again. So right now, I have been waiting for someone to stock them again and I am back on the Nescafe'. I really like the My Cup…it's great…I get six little packages for 1500 LL which is equal to 1.00$ US. Not bad at all. So today was a good day. I just stayed up late because I took a nap and now I am bogging down. Guess I better go so that I may have that nice hot cup of coffee. It's freezing here and the heater is on like 86 F. WOW! Better bundle up tomorrow. I mean today lol. It gets cold over here. Nothing but buildings upon buildings. Well I will perhaps have the energy to write more later but in the mean time, I wish you well and don't forget to have a nice evening, afternoon, or day!
